| Comments From the Submitter: Two arrays (3,12) were hybridized at a different facility from the remaining arrays. The RNA all came from a cell line that had different conditions. The reagents used to make the cRNA was the same for all the arrays. But the reagents for the stainning and washing, and the fluidic station and the scanner were different between the two sites. |
